Shipping & Delivery
arokah ships across India and worldwide via our courier network (UPS / FedEx / DHL). Here's what to expect.
1. Where we ship
We deliver to all serviceable PIN codes in India. International shipping is available for select countries on request — please write to james_nguyen559@mailinator.com for a quote.
2. Shipping charges
- Orders above ₹999 ship free across India.
- Below ₹999 — flat ₹49 standard delivery.
- Express delivery available at checkout for an additional fee.
3. Order processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on a working day are typically processed the same day. Saturday / Sunday and Indian public-holiday orders ship the next working day.
4. Delivery time
- Metro cities — 2 to 4 working days.
- Tier 2 / 3 cities — 4 to 7 working days.
- Remote / rural pin codes — 7 to 10 working days.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹15,000. A nominal handling fee (₹40) may apply.
6. Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp once your order ships. You can also see live status in My Account → Orders, or use our order tracking page.
7. Failed delivery
If our courier is unable to deliver after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery or a refund.
