PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY arokah. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT our website (THE "SITE") AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY arokah ON THE SITE.
By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the "user" or "you") agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site, including without limitation users who are vendors, customers, merchants, contributors of content, information and other materials or services on the Site.
Buying
By making a purchase, you accept the terms of sale stated in the item's description, provided they do not violate this User Agreement or any laws. arokah is not liable for any side effects resulting from product usage.
Cancellation by arokah
While we strive to avoid such situations, please note that there may be instances where we are unable to accept and must cancel certain orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Reasons for cancellation may include limited quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Additional verification or information may be required prior to accepting an order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the charged amount will be reversed to your Card Account. We will contact you regarding any cancelled portion of your order or if further information is needed.
Can I Cancel the Order?
Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order. No cancellations can be processed after this time frame. If you request a cancellation within the 24-hour period, please allow up to 4 business days for us to process the cancellation and initiate a refund according to our refund policy. You will receive a notification regarding the cancellation and refund status.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing an Order?
Once your order has been successfully placed, we regret to inform you that it is not possible to make changes to the shipping address. Please ensure to provide the correct shipping address during the checkout process to avoid any inconvenience.
Customer Not Available at Time of Delivery
In the event that the courier company has made three unsuccessful attempts to deliver your package due to your unavailability, the courier company will either abandon or destroy the shipment at their destination. We advise you to contact the local courier office with your tracking number to provide alternate delivery instructions. Please note that once the shipment is abandoned or destroyed by the courier company, we will not be held responsible for fulfilling the order.
If you would like a refund under these circumstances, we will initiate the refund process upon receiving the returned shipment package. Please be aware that a deduction for the two-way return shipping charges will be applied before issuing the refund.
Return Policy
We offer a customer-friendly return policy at our website. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support executive at james_nguyen559@mailinator.com within 24 hours from the time of delivery. They will provide you with the necessary return steps.
Please ensure to provide the tracking details of the product as it is essential for the return process to prevent any package loss and potential cancellation of the replacement. Additionally, kindly mention the Company Name arokah and the Order Number on the return package.
Please note that the last date for return shipping is within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns dispatched after 7 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Cost
Please be aware that the cost of return shipping will not be covered by arokah. Please note that the return policy mentioned below does not apply to custom-made or custom-stitched orders.
After initiating a return, you have the following options:
- Request a replacement — You can request a replacement for the same item or choose a different item from our website.
- Request a coupon code — You can request a coupon code of the same value, which can be used for a future purchase on our website.
- Request a refund — We can initiate a direct refund to the card used for payment. If the payment was made in cash, kindly provide us with your bank account details for the refund process.
Packaging Advice
To ensure the safe return of items, it is crucial to package them properly. Please use adequate packaging materials to protect the item during return shipping. Additionally, we kindly request that you return the package with a signature requirement upon delivery.
Conditions of Return
- The item must be in its original condition: not used, altered, washed, soiled, or damaged in any way.
- The return must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact; branded packaging boxes must be undamaged.
- Return shipping cost will not be covered by arokah.
- "Made to order" clothes and jewellery are not eligible for return.
What We Do About Mispricings
While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, occasionally, a few items may have incorrect pricing. We verify prices during our dispatch procedures. If the correct price of an item is lower than our stated price, we will charge you the lower amount and send you the item. If the correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and promptly inform you of the cancellation.
Cancellation of Fraudulent / Loss-to-Business Orders
To ensure a secure shopping experience, we actively monitor transactions for fraudulent activity. If any suspicious activity is detected, arokah reserves the right to cancel past, pending, and future orders without any liability. A customer may be deemed fraudulent if any of the following situations occur:
- Failure to respond to the payment verification email sent by arokah.
- Inability to provide sufficient documentation during verification of payment details.
- Misuse of another customer's phone number or email address.
- Use of invalid or false email addresses and phone numbers.
- Excessive or unauthorised use of a voucher code.
- Returning an incorrect product intentionally.
- Refusal to make payment for an order without a valid reason.
- Involvement in any form of theft or fraudulent activity related to an order.
Damage
If you receive a damaged product, we kindly request you to send us a photo of the damage within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Failure to provide photos within this time frame may result in the inability to process a replacement.
Upon receiving the photo, our team will review the damage and register a complaint. If the damage is approved, we will ask you to return the product. If a replacement is available, we will reship it to you; otherwise, you may choose a refund or a coupon for future purchases. For international deliveries, the investigation process may take 3–4 days.
Colour & Description Disclaimer
The details provided with product displays — such as weight, colour, handwork details, and size — are approximate values. While we make every effort to accurately reproduce colours, there may be minor variations in the actual product due to fabric dyes, weather conditions during dyeing, differences in display output, lighting, digital photography, and individual monitor settings.
Please be aware that the following characteristics apply to handcrafted and handmade items:
- Colours such as red, maroon, and orange have a higher tendency to appear differently on computer monitors.
- Green and blue shades can sometimes overlap, as do off-white, white, and cream colours.
- Sea green may appear as aqua blue, and vice versa.
- Fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, and brocade often have a textured effect where weaving and threads are visible — this is an inherent characteristic, not a defect.
- Handcrafted, hand-dyed, hand-printed, hand-painted, hand-embroidered, handloom, and hand-woven products will always have minor differences due to their handmade nature.
In the event that a customer raises a complaint regarding a partial item/partial order, the claim for pilferage must be made within 48 hours of delivery. An email should be sent to james_nguyen559@mailinator.com with a short description and snapshots of the packet.
Prohibited Activities
All users must ensure that their activities on our website and any associated services are in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It is important to refrain from engaging in any activities that may violate legal regulations or the terms and conditions outlined by arokah.
Cancellation Policy
arokah acknowledges the right to cancel the User Agreement at its discretion, with a notice period of 7 days. Suspended users are prohibited from accessing our website or creating new user accounts. Users also have the option to cancel the User Agreement by providing written notice to:

Liability & Warranty
arokah, its subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be held liable for any damages — whether direct, indirect, general, special, compensatory, consequential, or incidental — arising from or related to the conduct of you or any other individual in connection with the use of the Site, arokah's services, or this Agreement. The liability of arokah, in any circumstance, is limited to the greater of (a) the amount of fees you have paid to arokah in the 12 months prior to the action giving rise to liability, or (b) INR 1,000.
arokah does not assume any liability for contracts formed between users of our website, nor does it assume liability for information provided by its users on our website.
No Guarantee
arokah does not provide a guarantee of continuous and uninterrupted access to the Site. The operation of the Site may be subject to interference by various factors that are beyond the control of arokah.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold arokah, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

This User Agreement represents the entire understanding and agreement between us concerning its subject matter. This Agreement supersedes any conditions of sale imposed by a seller.
