Refund & Returns
We hope you love every order from arokah. If something isn't quite right, here's how returns and refunds work.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery. After 7 days we are unable to process a return except for items received damaged or defective.
2. Eligibility
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- You have the original invoice or order ID.
- The item is not in our non-returnable list (consumables, custom-made instruments, intimate/personal-care items).
3. How to request a return
Open your order from My Account → Orders and click Request return on the relevant item. Or write to us at james_nguyen559@mailinator.com with your order ID and the reason.
4. Refund timeline
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send a confirmation email within 2 business days.
- Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are processed to your bank account after verification.
5. Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, photograph the unopened parcel and the item, and email us within 48 hours at james_nguyen559@mailinator.com. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
6. Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it ships. After dispatch, please follow the return process above.
